Introduction
The company that the survey was for Blogger , the free blog tool which allows users to create a blog and maintain. The client for Blogger is anyone who wants to create a blog for purposes which may include business, personal or anything in between.
Purpose
The purpose of the survey was gain information about what users think of Blogger and what improvements might be made to better satisfy them. They were chosen specifically from very advanced users to users who barley blog.
Data Collection
The software which was used to create and distribute the survey was Zoomerang. This is a free survey software which allows you to create very professional survey and then it will email an initiation to all the users you choose. The clients who were targeted were students of the Digital Media Diploma class at Randwick TAFE. They were chosen as they have had much experience using Blogger and will be able to provide good results. Using Zoomerang the survey was distributed via email providing quick and easy communication to the users doing the survey.
Conclusion / Recommendations
Overall it is clear what clients expect of us. The users which were chosen mainly used Blogger at Tafe as we expected but they enjoyed the fact it was free and easy to use. Therefore we must strive to encourage these users to not just use it for TAFE purposes but for their own personal uses as well. This is the key to better expansion of our company.
